Start by downloading the following file:
Save it as C:\uaslirp.scp.
Open up your Control Panel (from Start Menu, Settings).
Select "Network and Internet Connections".
Select "Create a connection..."
Make up a name...
Double-click the new icon on your desktop. The following
window should appear.
Click on "Properties"
Under the Security tab, enter the script information at the bottom.
Under the Networking tab, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click
on "Properties".
