Start by downloading the following file:
Save it in C:\Program Files\Accessories.
Click on the Start Menu, select Settings, then Network and Dial-Up Connections, then Create new connection.
You will be given a list of modem devices installed in your computer. Select whichever modem you intend to use.
On the following screen, be sure to click "Advanced".
Use "Browse" to find the uamath.scp script
you downloaded earlier.
Click the "Addresses" tab in the advanced window above.
Congratulations! An icon should appear on your desktop. Double-click it to get connected (and double-click it again later to disconnect).
